As brand-new mom and dad Kristen and Brian waited for the arrival of their very first little one, they planned a photo session that would help them remember their joy and excitement as the big day got closer. Their baby was about to make an appearance, and they wanted to capture their anticipation in portraits they can display and enjoy for years to come. And guess what? Dad has so much admiration for his wife that he was the one behind planning and scheduling the session to have keepsakes of this growing phase of their family!

Being a mom is a joy…and it’s tough. There’s a silent, enduring strength that defines motherhood, and Kristen personifies this with her glowing beauty and lovely smile. It’s a rewarding journey that’s filled with laughter and tears and heartwarming moments all mixed together—and the same can be said for those nine months when baby is on the way. It’s not easy to go through a pregnancy, but Kristen’s remarkable joy and love for her baby shine through in her maternity photos.

In this photo, she looks so happy as she flashes a bright smile to the camera and embraces her growing baby bump. BABY BUMP HUGS

Time to give the bump a little love! In this sweet photo both mom and dad hug the baby bump, and with all four hands surrounding baby, it’s plain to see that this precious little one will be welcomed with a world of love. Most maternity photo sessions are done around 30-35 weeks, which is a perfect time to get great images of mom’s growing bump.

While some moms may feel uncomfortable or like they don’t look their best in front of the camera, I always like to reassure my clients that their changing body is creating a miracle—and simply because of that, they are gorgeous. Additionally, with my soft studio lighting and camera angles, I’m able to show you at your very best and most glamorous self. So there’s no need to worry at all. Every mama who leaves my studio leaves feeling gorgeous and powerful and beautiful!

GLAMOROUS MOMENTS FOR MOM

One of my goals is to always make expectant moms feel beautiful in their changing bodies. It’s miraculous what a mom’s body can do, and I want to help them celebrate that. Kristen looks stunning in a wardrobe change to a white gown with an eye-catching gauzy white train that floats weightlessly with just a bit of a breeze, giving her a windswept, carefree, and captivating look. And the barefoot styling adds an artistic element that’s on trend and keeps mom’s tired feet from getting achy, too!

With her arms encircling her baby bump, Kristen smiles at the camera, showing off not only her bump, but her gorgeous, strong shape as she goes from wife to mom.
